The following rules apply to all Picture it Custom promotions:

Limit one coupon, voucher, promotion, gift certificate, or discount per order.

Discounts and promotions not valid toward wholesale accounts.
Newsletter promotions valid only toward the product or group of products advertised unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping: Whenever FREE SHIPPING is offered, it is valid only to the contiguous US and applies to either USPS First Class Mail, or FedEx Ground methods of shipping only, and will automatically reflect the discounted shipping rate if applicable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping outside the contiguous US or to our Canadian customers at this time.

*Holiday delivery orders: Whenever an order by date is advertised Picture It Custom guarantees that orders placed before or by that date will be produced and shipped in time to arrive for that associated holiday. We are not able to reprint or re-ship orders that were produced and shipped in time but may arrive later due to carrier delays or other unforeseen delays beyond our control. 

International orders will be processed with the same priority as U.S. orders, however, due to customs delays we are unable to guarantee orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will arrive in time for holiday delivery, even if the order was placed prior to the holiday shipping cutoff.
