Shipping and Returns


The standard production time for an order is 3 business days (longer for holidays and other peak times). All orders begin production within one business day from purchase (please note that we are closed on Friday's except during peak times, so any order placed on Thursday will begin production on the following Monday).

During major holidays, we'll post the order cut-off dates so you may ensure your gifts arrive at the destination in time.

***We reserve the right to combine or separate shipments for multiple orders going to the same address to ensure timely arrival. If your shipment is combined, shipping fees cannot be refunded due to the nature of increased product sizes and processes involved in having the multiple orders placed together.

We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping options to the contiguous US. Our "Standard - Flat Rate" shipping method starts at $9.99, then depending on the items in your cart may be $14.99, or $19.99 for larger products.

Items where the longest side measures 10" or smaller $9.99
Items where the longest side is between 11" and 15" $14.99
Items where the longest side measures 16" or longer** $19.99

**Excluding our 4x18 and 4x20 street signs, as well as our 8x12 Road Signs (those ship for $9.99).

Additional expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Outside the contiguous US we have rate based options available that vary based on the size and weight of the items in your shopping cart and the destination postal code.

Shipping charges are per order, and do not include any taxes or international duty that may be collected on delivery. Sales tax will be charged and collected for orders being shipped to or picked-up in Tennessee.


We partner with both FedEx and the United States Postal Service to deliver your orders in a timely manner. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for orders purchased with the Standard - Flat Rate shipping method. All orders will receive a tracking number from the respective carrier, and that tracking number will be communicated to the customer by email when the shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If you would like to use an express shipping service for an additional fee, those options are made available during the checkout process and any applicable methods will display with their corresponding rate. Please note that orders utilizing expedited shipping services are still subject to the same production time prior to shipping.


Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, therefore if you are unhappy with your order for any reason we want to make it right. Please contact one of our customer service team members to discuss the options available for returns and replacements, or to answer any questions you may have.

If there was an error in the production or shipping of your order we will be happy to replace it at no charge to you. If the wrong hanging option is included with the order, we will mail the correct option with attachment instructions as well as refund the price paid for that hanging option upgrade if applicable.

Some of our custom products are printed onto real wood panels; one advantage of printing on any natural wood surface is that every print is uniquely influenced by the tone and grains found in each separate section of wood. We understand that not everyone will like the soft tones or wood grain that this printing format adds to each image, however, each print is custom and made to order, and therefore if wood grain or wood toning is a concern, please choose one of our other quality photo products.

If your custom purchase arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] One of our representatives will be glad to coordinate the appropriate steps for resolving the issue and replacing your item. Please do not file a claim with the transit carrier since doing so will prevent us from handling the claim details on behalf of our customers.
